The main difference that I have seen between Oraora and Ane makeup is that Ora uses a lot more matte shades, and Ane tends to be a lot more sparkly. Ane at events often have glitter eyeliner etc like a lot of other gyaru do, but Ora's favourite is black liner and/or eyeshadow softening and accentuating eye shapes. 

More smokey and cool-brown shade eyeshadows are used for both of these styles, but it's not uncommon to see more orange-brown colours too. 

OraOra styles generally go for the 'Almond' eye shapes, sometimes with a little 'droopy' effect. Similar can be said with Ane, but their eyes usually look more 'open', with lashes focusing on that.
Both of their eyebrows seem to be more on the thinner side, I've seen either arched or straight brows for both styles, but one thing in common is that they are usually quite light in colour.

These really depend from person-to-person imo, but as Ora eyes usually accentuate the 'width' of their eye, you want a pretty long lash band. Brands with a thinner and longer band are Dolly Wink, Decorative Lash, some Diamond Lash and some Decolog lashes. Designs make these vary.

Ane seems pretty mixed, but they usually go for designs that are more "gorgeous" looking. 

One of the main focus points of Ora and Ane makeup is the very orange blush. Most people use varying shades of orange or peach. I've on occassion seen more of a red-cheek dusting, but not in a cutesy way. The position of the blush depends on what suits you, but it is usually noticeable. 

Ane usually features a pearly highlight like most other gyaru styles, but Ora sticks to the more old-fashioned, lighter shade of concealer for highlight etc. 

Lips

Lips are generally kept pretty simple for both OraOra and Ane-gyaru. More on the nude/concealed lips for OraOra and bold, red lips for Ane. Gloss is used based on preference. There isn't much in the way of any other colour that I've seen so far. At least you can't go wrong!
